The Women’s Resource Medical Centers of Southern Nevada seeks to recruit for the positions of:

Licensed Medical Professional – Certified Nurse Midwife, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant.

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Level of Education, Degrees, Licensure and/or Certification required by each field (Certified Nurse Midwife, Nurse Practioner or Physician Assistant). Must demonstrate and maintain credentialing and licensing requirements set forth by Women’s Resource Medical Centers of Southern Nevada and the state of Nevada. Minimum 4+ years experience in related medical professional field.

Executive Assistant

SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant has the primary responsibility of ensuring the successful executive support of the Chief Executive Officer by providing professional administration throughout the scope of the Chief Executive Officer’s responsibilities which include; managerial oversight of the administration, programs, budgeting, and strategic planning for the organization.  The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong work tenure: five to 10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a non-profit organization
  • Experience and interest in internal and external communications, partnership development, and fundraising
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and current insurance for light to moderate local travel.
  • Must be willing to complete a background check.

SUMMARY

The Vintage Values Manager has the primary responsibility of ensuring the success of WRMCSN’s second hand store initiative for its constituents and stakeholders which include; volunteers, staff, and clients. The Vintage Values Manager responsibilities include inventory management, staff and volunteer management, store marketing, budgeting and the oversight of financial performance.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Map out annual training plans for management, HR, volunteers and client classes
  • Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
  • Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes, e-learning)
  • Market available training to employees, volunteers and clients and provide necessary information about sessions
  • Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
  • Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
  • Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training for employees, volunteers and clients
  • Provide outcome reports for all training categories to reflect monthly quality and quantity success factors
  • Gather feedback from trainees after each educational session
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  • Host train-the-trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts
  • Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
  • Research and recommend new training methods

SUPERVISORY  RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Recruit, train and manage volunteer training teams
  • Oversee volunteer recruitment, initial training, management, ongoing development and education and retention.
