We are always looking for individuals who have a heart to serve in this ministry. There are many ways to become involved at the Women's Resource Medical Centers of Southern Nevada. From working directly with clients to working behind the scenes, there is something for everyone. Listed below are some of the current volunteer opportunities. This training provides important information on a wide range of subjects. Our goal is to educate and equip Missionaries who are called by God to save innocent lives and to bring the Gospel Message of Jesus Christ to those whose minds are set on death.
The Personal Advocate will learn how to gather necessary information from the client in order to assess their needs, help them set future goals and share the Good News of Jesus Christ. The Personal Advocate will be required to enter client data into our database, while communicating the benefits of our programs. The Personal Advocate will be responsible for scheduling the client’s next appointment(s).
Male Advisors counsel one-on-one with male clients in the Centers in order to mentor them and make them aware of fatherhood responsibilities. To qualify to be a Male Advisor, Personal Advocate training must be completed along with additional requirements.
Mobile Unit Volunteer
Mobile Unit Volunteers attend the Personal Advocate training and provide the same service on the Mobile Unit as the client would recieve in our main office.
The Mobile Units current schedule:
Monday: Northwest, every other week at Canyon Ridge Christian Church and TCMI Church from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Wednesday & Thursday: UNLV in the Free Zone from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
Friday: Henderson, every other week at South Hills Church Community and Oasis Baptist Church from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
