Licensed Medical Professional – Certified Nurse Midwife, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant.

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Level of Education, Degrees, Licensure and/or Certification required by each field (Certified Nurse Midwife, Nurse Practioner or Physician Assistant). Must demonstrate and maintain credentialing and licensing requirements set forth by Women’s Resource Medical Centers of Southern Nevada and the state of Nevada. Minimum 4+ years experience in related medical professional field.

Vintage Values Coordinator

SUMMARY

The Vintage Values Coordinator has the primary responsibility of ensuring the success of WRMCSN’s second hand store initiative for its constituents and stakeholders which include; volunteers, staff, and clients. The Vintage Values Coordinator responsibilities include inventory management, staff and volunteer management, store marketing, budgeting and the oversight of financial performance.

 EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong work tenure: five to 10 years of experience in retail management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Shopify (or similar online sales platform), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and current insurance for light to moderate local travel.
  • Must be willing to complete a background check.

Training Manager

SUMMARY

The Training Manager has the primary responsibility of ensuring the success of WRMCSN training initiatives for its constituents and stakeholders which include; volunteers, staff, and clients. The Training Manager responsibilities include communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. The Training Manager is responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs.

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong work tenure: five to 10 years of experience supporting training initiatives, preferably in a non-profit organization

Licensed Obstetrics Registered Nurse

SUMMARY

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing ultrasounds and assisting the Mid-level Medical Professional with prenatal care visits and the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum care of the mother and newborn patient. The RN performs certain portions of the client’s assessment, collects and documents data, orders and schedules laboratory studies, and provides professional consultations within the scope of an OB RN.  The Registered Nurse must have Obstetrical Nursing experience and go through training in Obstetrical Sonography provided by WRMCSN. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Level of Education, Degrees, Licensure, and Certification required by Obstetrical Registered Nurse demonstrate and maintain credentialing and licensing requirements set forth by Women’s Resource Medical Centers of Southern Nevada and the state of Nevada. Minimum 4+ years experience in the related medical professional field.
  • On the job sonography training completed within 30 days of hiring.

Material Services Coordinator

SUMMARY

The Material Services Coordiinator is responsible for processing and soliciting the donations of material items such as infant & maternity clothing, sundry items for layettes, etc. in an efficient manner.

 QUALIFICATIONS

  1. A personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.
  2. Professional customer service skills.
  3. Self-motivated.
  4. Professional appearance and demeanor.
  5. Must have valid driver’s license and current insurance for light to moderate local travel
  6. Must be willing to complete a background check.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Include, but not limited to:

  1. Advanced in Microsoft Word and Excel
  2. Soliciting material donations.
  3. Maintain donation inventory, donor receipts and timely recognition.
  4. Manage and oversee company, church or group donations, utilizing your customer service skill to maintain professional relationship and collaborating opportunities.
  5. Manage inventory for client store.
  6. Maintain inventory for “layettes” (baskets with new items for first-time mothers-to-be) by ensuring items are donated and baskets are always in-stock and ready for distribution to our clients.
  7. Maintain seasonal inventory.
  8. Ensure clothing and equipment areas are always clean and organized.
  9. Recruit, train and manage volunteers to ensure that the turnover of donations are properly managed even when you are not on-site.
  10. Manage the annual “Christmas Room”.
  11. Be available to pick up donations and to utilize volunteers who will assist.
