SUMMARY

The licensed medical professional (LMP) is responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, assisting, and evaluation of antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum care of the mother and newborn patient. The LMP performs physical exams, collects and documents data, manages, conducts diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, orders and schedules laboratory studies and professional consultations, and prescribes appropriate interventions and medications.

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday 8am to 7pm

Executive Assistant to the CEO

SUMMARY

The Executive Assistant has the primary responsibility of ensuring the successful executive support of the Chief Executive Officer by providing professional administration throughout the scope of the Chief Executive Officer’s responsibilities which include; managerial oversight of the administration, programs, budgeting, and strategic planning for the organization. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the CEO. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Training Supervisor

SUMMARY

The Training Supervisor has the primary responsibility of ensuring the success of WRMCSN training initiatives for its constituents and stakeholders which include; volunteers, staff, and clients. The Training Supervisor responsibilities include communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. The Training Supervisor is responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs.

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday - 10am to 7pm and Saturday - 8am to 5pm

Licensed Obstetrics Sonographer

SUMMARY

Under minimal supervision makes decisions on service for clients by determining qualifications and assessing need, maintains operation of the front office, client lobby and Mobile Unit when necessary, greeting and providing a loving environment for all clients and non client visitors, processing inbound telephone calls, maintaining accurate records and managing volunteers. Must be bilingual in Spanish.

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday - 10am to 7pm and Saturday - 8am to 5pm
